MCLE Regulatory Information

All courses are approved for participatory MCLE credit by the State Bar of Texas for the amount of time shown. We file attendance reports with the State Bar of Texas for Texas lawyers.

You will certify your actual study hours. Your MCLE credit will be for your actual study time up to the maximum for this course.

Regulations in states other than Texas varies. Our courses satisfy the requirements of some states, but not others. You may contact us for details.

Approval of on line CLE courses by the State Bar of Texas MCLE committee is experimental. We encourage you to express your views about our courses to the MCLE committee.
